How we work

1. SpecificationYou send your requirement: product, grade, volume, packing, port and timing. We confirm every line in writing.
2. Sourcing and verificationWe approach suppliers in West Africa and check their registration, export credentials and shipping history. Your identity is shared only when you allow it.
3. Samples and testingPre-shipment samples are tested against your specification at a laboratory of your choosing.
4. QuotationYou receive a written quotation with the product price, our fee and the delivery terms stated separately.
5. Contract and paymentTerms are set in a contract. We recommend payment by documentary letter of credit, released against inspection and shipping documents.
6. Inspection and shipmentAn independent inspector verifies quality and quantity before loading. We follow the shipment to arrival and chase every document.
